Using the latest mapping logic for more than 2,000 payers, clearinghouse databases, and direct connections infrastructure, Insurance Discovery finds more active coverage for healthcare billers. Insurance Discovery accurately identifies the availability of government payers and their managed care or replacement plans, or commercial coverages, associated policy and subscriber numbers. Additionally, the service searches and identifies secondary/tertiary coverage for insured patients. With deductibles and patient co-pays higher than ever, clearing self-pay patients is more challenging and labor-intensive than in the past.
