ProFocus is solving this problem with a business model built from the ground up to only introduce on-target candidates. ProFocus interviews candidates face-to-face, carefully evaluating them on the job requirements, client culture, and logistical factors such as work location, salary, etc. Only qualified candidates who pass our rigorous interview process are introduced to our clients.

John Boone founded ProFocus with one goal: earn the reputation of being the best IT staffing company in the country by delivering on our promise to only carefully introduce the right candidates for each job.

John previously co-founded Employment Trends, a successful and award-winning staffing company named the #1 Best Small Company to Work for in Oregon and landing on Inc’s 500 Fastest Growing Companies list, which eventually merged with a larger company. Following his departure from Employment Trends, John was quickly ready for his next adventure and set out to build a company that combined his extensive experience in both technology and staffing.

Before starting ProFocus, John met with several hiring managers who use IT staffing services. They all had the same complaint – the current IT staffing suppliers were sending too many candidates and most of them were inappropriate for the position.

ProFocus was built on a model of quality and integrity specifically designed to solve that problem for customers and candidates.

Our business model is focused on only making careful introductions of the right candidates. We do this by fully understanding technology, our candidates, and the needs for each position.
